There are some servers that stack all metinstones on some places and call it "metinspot x". Doing it like that paired with the fact that most metins die within a few seconds makes metin farming very monotonous. We want to get away from that.

First, we changed the metinspawn on every map. Then we changed the deviation (Sx, Sy) of the spawns, so that all metins don´t spawn on the same spot (small area) every time. You actually have to explore more parts of the map to constantly find metins instead of remaining on the same spot for hours. The last thing we changed is the respawntime. It´ll increase/decrease depending on the map and the type of the metin. We also try to keep track of the time needed for each metin by using different gears, so that there´s no case where you can defeat a metin in a few hits.

To make it more varying we introduced several new metins. Every stone has its own rare and legendary version. These are darker, bigger, stronger and of course rarer than the normal ones. Every rare metin spawns rare versions of the metin-monsters and every legendary spawns legendary versions. These are also different in their physical appearance. Using different monsters means we can change their damage and hitpoints as well as the experience and yang you get by defeating them. The drop of the normal, rare and legendary metin versions will be quite different - in higher level legendary ones you might find equipment pieces or permanent cosmetics.

The last feature is the timer you might see if you are approaching a metinstone. This countdown is part of the automatic despawn. When the counter is at 0, the metin will despawn and respawn somewhere else. This will prevent metins being stuck and untargetable for a longer period of time.

The Biologist Quests are a crucial part of the game. The regular biologist quests were definitely outdated, still most servers just use them paired with the function to buy the items from NPCs. In our opinion thats a waste. Dropping the items in different parts of the game brings variety and forces people to trade, which is beneficial for the market. So we designed new quests, which will require you to do certain dungeons and metins to get the items. Paired with the functions shown in the gif biologist quest should be more like a goal than a burden.

Since missionbooks are either not present or not relevant on most servers, we want to try a different approach to how they work. Instead of asking you to kill a certain amount, we ask you to do the best amount you can in a given time. The better your equipment and focus, the better your score which results in better possible rewards.

Our Warp Panel gives you all the functions and informations you need. For each map it provides preset locations, the opportunity to save spots as well as a bunch of informations like useful bonuses, available bosses and available metins. It also has a convenient link up with the ingame wiki.

Similar to the missionbooks, our idea is to reward players that spend a lot of time improving their character and thus can get better results. Which most of the time isn't the easiest thing to do, since you are either able or unable to finish a certain task. There is no scaling. You might take a few seconds less than others when having better equipment, but that´s it. So we created a new feature: the Dragongod-Stages. At the beginning those will be available after finishing Demontower, Nemere and Razador without a group. When choosing to enter, you will be asked to fight up to 15 stages. Each Stage has a timer in which you have to complete the task to proceed. If you fail, you get the reward chest of the last stage you were able to finish. While the first 10 Stages increase your dropchance for rare items as well as your amount of normal items, reaching the last stages also gives you the opportunity to drop ultra rare items.

Some of those ultra rare items are rarity equipment-pieces. The additional grades are rare and legendary which will be much stronger than the normal version. Contrary to SG, the bonuses of rarity EQ are fixed and only used for level 75 weapons and tourmaline equipment at the beginning.
There are plans to expand it with future updates.

Old dungeons meet new design and new mechanics Part 1:​


Some of you might already know this dungeon, some of you don’t.
We would like to introduce you to Greyhills Wilderness, a dungeon full of scary trees and dangerous monsters.
It is designed for mid-level range and will provide you with useful items.
We redesigned it both visually and taskwise to fit our claims.

Your loyal Companion!

With this preview we want to show you our completely unique companion system, created from zero in order to meet all of our expectations and requirements to be the perfect companion system with lots of things to do and benefits to gain!

Once you obtain an egg you can hatch it with the use of some gold. Initially you will be able to choose from 3 basic Companions (Dog, Cat, Fennec Fox).
Your choice here is purely for aesthetics, it makes no difference in terms of stats and skills. Hatching an egg will immediately show you its base stats and its rarity, which is based on the fact how good the values of your base stats are.
All the Base Stats got a specific reach of stats it can roll, for example Strong against Monsters can be anywhere between 1.0% and 4.0%.
As you can see in the example, the hatched Seal is rated Good. Eventhough its very good in terms of PvP because of its high base values in the demihuman bonuses and the decent hp, its clearly lacking in the monster-department.

These stats increase with every level your Pet gains, up to an initial maximum of 40. The Level-Cap of the Companion can be increased with a rare item up to a maximum of 100, making the little helper even more powerful.
Your pet is also able to gain Karma up to a maximum of 999.999 which increases the strength of its active skills.
However, Karma is also needed in order to read skill books.

Naturally our Companion System also comes with its own skill system, granting you three unlockable Companion PvM & PvP Slots, which can be equipped with learned skills as you like.
PvM and PvP Slots work seperately from one another to ensure that you can use them to their fullest potential.
